Clients almost always start with: did they deserve the DUI they received.. That may be a soul searching question, but it’s not the question they should be asking, because it won’t bring the right answer. The correct and timely question is: Did the police do everything that is required of them under the law, in the right way, and if not, which DUI attorney will find this out and leverage it to my best advantage. A DUI arrest is nothing to trivialize since it can be and almost always is a life changer with reputation, jail/freedom, driver’s license, and financial security all at stake. The arrest is done and the DUI and has been charged, now what? Retain the best help you can to lead you to the best ending.
