THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS.

Class action lawsuits are still alive and well even though the Federal Government has seen fit to limit them in some respects, particularly relating to the venues of such claims. Often class actions are the only way to limit corporate greed and should be pressed forward when such irresponsibility is excercised at the cost of the consumer.

It is important to look at and examine your billings and your utility providers such as cell phones, landline service, gas, electric, cable TV, internet provider, to determine if they are making unjustified and non-agreed to charges against you.
