  1. What areas of law do you practice?
    I have over 32 years litigation experience and specializes in handling DUI charges. I can also offer superior representation in personal injury, accidental death, estate planning and wills, and anything dealing with an insurance company.

 

  1. Do you accept credit cards?
    Yes! American Express, Master Card, Discover and Visa accepted.

 

  1. How much do I have to pay?
    Establishing a client fee is based upon the severity and complexity of the charges. I generally take cases and set fees on a case by case basis.  There are the costs associated with preparing your case for trial such as filing fees, also payments to expert witnesses, etc.

 

  1. Who is Kelly Cardon?
    I graduated at the age of 20 from undergraduate school and graduated from law school at the age of 24.  I am a member of the Utah State Bar, American Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Utah Trial Lawyers Association.

    I have won thousands of cases: representing clients in a wide range of areas including DUI, criminal charges, and personal injury claims. I also am currently pursuing class actions suits.
